Introduction Malaysian Administrative Law

Administrative law is the body of law that governs the activities of administrative agencies. This course introduces Malaysian Law in the context of public bodies' discretionary powers, limitation of their powers and their minimum standard before making decisions. It also provides an understanding of the government liabilities, remedies for rights infringement, the public complaints bureau and administrative tribunals. This course also comprehensively explain public incorporation and the right to information.
